can someone make a quick summary of this? i havent played urban chaos before and wanna try that but i want to know what will i miss if i play this with early 7609 version.

 I think you won't find it. Nowadays I think it's the main flaw of 1.13, not the mod itself, but info for new or returning players is a mess. A bunch of different wikis, old posts, almost always outdated. I think the only way to actually know the new features is to actually find their post on the forum.
