 They are not in vanilla JA2. But you used to find a tank as vehicle in Meduna after you trained militias.
So install mods if you want to play with them. The latest mod that has them is Deidranna's Side.

That I know. I'm playing 1.13 7609 with Arulco Vacation. I'm not sure about the Jeep, but I'm pretty sure 1.13 has El Dorado and I used it once but I can't remember or find where it is.

If you're playing Arulco Vacations then you should post questions in the AV forum. In AV the El Dorado is in Alma, and the jeeps are in Alma, Tixa and the South Border Post.

 Hello all,

Call me old-fashioned, but I like to see the ballistics of bullets flying, and Q's soldiers running, that is visuals.

What does the El Dorado LOOK LIKE?
I'm working on this (and I haven't gotten to AV yet), but what about an image, poster, foldout, postcard.

The El Dorado and the Jeep aren't used in unmodded 1.13

But they can be added with a little editing, see How do you add the "El Dorado" car into the game?

If that is done by a mod (or yourself), it will look like this

 FANTASTIC!

I was working on getting the El Dorado (or jeep) added to Vengeance Reloaded (which should be a modded 1.13 game, correct?).
Otherwise, onto AV or AR, unless there's a short list of mods that support extra vehicles.
