I have used all my mortar shells and LAWs on tanks but still got a lot of tanks left. What to do? My game is stuck now speechless

Use smoke to get close to tank, plant explosives/mines/anything you have and blow it up.

I'm not sure if there is enough of explosives either. 3 tiles of meduna still to capture plus 2 to recapture. I estimate there's atleast 20 tanks left to destroy, probably more

There should be minefields where you can find mines, blow up a pile of mines with a grenades.
I think rocket rifles should work against tanks too.

yes there are minefields but whoa what a task to destroy all those tanks suprised

yeah that's what I was also reading and i found him but he doesn't sell RPGs, just explosives

Depends on version you are playing.
In vanilla queen resources are limited.
How it works in original Wildfire, I don't know.
In 1.13 it's configurable in ini/xml.

Its working. Just there are a lot more regulations and everything. The forums really did suffer over the years.

And in regards to the tanks, well, its no brainer how to take them out, however, if you are encountering more tanks than usual, that might be a bug. Feel free to ask around in other forums.
