Hi folks, returning fan here.

I haven't been keeping up with the latest developments and I'm currently playing 1dot13v2 with Wildfire Maps.

I seem to recall that you could have multiple teams training militia on different sectors which made training militia not a completely tedious task. I'm now only allowed to train a team of militia from a single sector at a time...

When did this change and why? Can I disable this?

That's an intentional thing of WF, less places where militia training can happen than in unmodded 1.13

Now, how to change that?

In Data-Wildfire6.07/TableData/Map are FaciltyTypes.xml and Facilities.xml

Inside FaciltyTypes.xml there are types whith the tag <ubMilitiaTrainersAllowed>, which does allow militia training to happening when that type of facility is in sector.

And in Facilities.xml, those facility types get associated with sectors.

Example:

<FACILITY>
   <SectorGrid>I13</SectorGrid>
   <FacilityType>7</FacilityType>
   <ubHidden>1</ubHidden>
 </FACILITY>

Facility Type 7 has the tag <ubMilitiaTrainersAllowed> and this type is present in sector I13.

So you can either add existing types with that tag to sectors you want it to happen, or create a new type with that tag and associate that one.
