Hi, How do we train a MERC's health? Is there any way?

Yes, there is. Have them run around until they drop from exhaustion. Speed up time so they regain their energy and repeat. Also, every time you have to move them on the tactical maps, outside of combat, have them running, not walking. Maybe even walking works, pretty sure it works too but it goes slower, i have them running, always.

Maybe I am missing something but I guess this does not work. I practiced Health with Shank until 1 hour left left for health stat increase (by saving/loading). Then I did as you said and loaded Shank with 140% weight. Did 20 to 25 rounds for this running/exhaustion and speeding time to recover process. Health stat did not increase. I play steam version of JA2: Wildfire. Is it possible this method does not work for this version or stat gain very very slow?

I don't think it works in Wildfire. I am not touching it. Tried it, it's worse than vanilla was, when i was a newbie. No need to overload them with extra weight, That is for strength. In 1.13 mods, their stats work better, also, in the INI Editor, there are options for all stats, you can raise that number or minimise it for faster skillups. But i have no idea about Wildfire. Don't even know why it's called so, since weapons and ammo are minimalistic. I would call it Spark happy.

Your advices are much appreciated. Genuinely thanks. It seems I need to dig into 1.13. I will try that but 1dot13 version seems to require a classic JA2 for thatand that I do not posess. Do you know if a JA2 Classic from steam works for that or I should download a specific version from a specific website?
