So like, Radio has replaced X-Ray Detector on UC? So where can I get Radio and more Batteries? I have Radio parts already...

You need broken radio and merge it with radio parts to get radio. You can buy radio and batteries at Sam in Rudesa. And you will find batteries randomly in many sectors of course.
However I use it only in the end of the battle to find remaining one or two enemies. And when I locate them I reload the game (small "cheat") and therefore one battery is everything I need.

You can also find lots of bateries if you search all the crates/lockers/chests in the sectors you conquer. For example, in C14 Calisto urban sector you can find 4 batteries and there are lots to be found in other sectors as well. Also you can find the radio parts in a locker in Yannis's house in Sheraton.

You`re right. Jake in Gotham (former Estoni) has both broken radio and radio parts.

Sam, Franz, and the guy who sells medical supplies are in the Rudesa sector with the casino. Make sure you check during the daytime.
