I have some questions about the armor.
I finally managed to get my first complete spectra armor set (helmet, body armor and legging)
now I have these "upgrades" I found
commando goes on the armor and the pants - so does striker.
medic seems to work only on helmet and on armor. the funny thing is striker armor downgrades the defense a little and the commando upgrade does not allow ceramic plates.
now my questions ( finally ) =P
1, does it make sense to upgrade my spectra at all?
after all each upgrade seems to have a penalty ( no ceramic, heavier, less defense etc...)
2, is there better armor than spectra?
if yes, can that be upgraded, too?
I saw a combinations list somewhere, but it didnt really tell me which combination made most sense and offered the most protection
oh...and in a creature lair in callisto ( did I type it right?) I found an elixir ( and no creature *sniff* ). anyone know what it is used for?
thx in advance,
Chris

You can add ceramic to both Striker AND Commando armour BUT you cannot add ceramic to a MEDIC vest. However, if the vest already has a ceramic plate, you can convert the vest to a medic vest and keep the plate!
The medic vest has a useful bug in that it's weight is 0.0kg.
