Hello

since there are'nt any Mines anymore, how to earn money ? By finishing Quests and selling weapons only?
I found Miranda in Port Kip, but i do not know where to escort here/ where "Bruce" is.
Nor i don't know where Agent X is, to whom i h ave to deliver the notebook.
Can you help me out?

 The Mines are now factories but still with a head guy to talk to before income is available. They make the illegal crepaton drugs.

Bruce hangs out in a bar to the north; still in port kip; it's the map with the island weapons factory anyway.

Agent X is on the big island way down south. Not the notebook he needs; computer plus disc plus gdi decoder makes MOC list which is what he needs. Yanni the Hacker in Sheraton will tell you these things if you speak nice.

No more tips... that's quite enough unfair reconnaisance!

where's the head miner in Troy? Only found this dude Wilbur offering 10.000 $ after threatening him. Troy does not seem to have any interesting theme... what the clue in this city? Any quests, RPCs, etc..?

the miner is in the top left of the mine sector.
In a little office with a red button on the wall.

From the top of my head i cant remember if there were any quests/RPC
