Ok, I have the Vanilla versions of JA2, UB, and Wildfire.
I know that there are tons and tons of mod for JA2 and UB, [none for wildfire, at least none that i've hard of.]

I want to know what route should I take to play these games? Basically, I want to play JA2 and UB at least once for each mod, but I'm asking what mod should I start with [preferably the most complete mod. So that while I'm playing that the other mods WIP still have time to complete]

Any input guys?

And I checked the forums alot for different various mods, but what mods would you recommend for:

JA2?
UB?

thanks

I just read a post regarding a topic similar to mine, people suggested UC and DL. I can't wait to start playing.. but what order should I paly these in? I want to get teh FULL experience, heh.

And what is JA2 1.13 mod? Is that like an improved Ja2 vanilla?

Yes, 1.13 is the original JA2 with a whole host of internal improvements. It plays a lot differently than the original, though, so don't be lulled into thinking you can just roll right over it.

Does anyone play the original without mods? Or is it the same as any game where mods help the game a bunch, and after using it you cant go back?

1.13 is built from the original game development files but many of the bugs have been fixed and a bunch of new features added.

No, you can't switch savegames back and forth between them, if that's what you're asking.

You really need to try it and see. It's a good improvement on the original.

It's an AWESOME improvement to the original game. I would personnally never ever play the original now I have tasted the 1.13 version!

Then again, I have not tried UB, UC or any other mod...
