In Grumm [H1] there's an NPC named Tina in the sewing shop.

I've had a bit of a hunt about but I've never found out who she is or what she does, if anything?

Any answers guys?

I wish they had implemented her, it would have been much more challenging with unrepairable armor
that only could be fixed by that caracter. Same thing with guns, as it is now perko is almost useless. And the others in grumm are not much of a use.

That would have been cool. As for weapons, I think at a certain percentage and up (let's say 80 for the sake of argument) it should be considered maintenence and anyone with a mechanical skill should be able to do it. Maybe 50% - 79% only those mercs with a 80 or higher mech skill can fix and below 50 only those with a special gunsmithing (or even lockpicking since several of the concepts are the same) skill (or Perko) could fix.
This would make certain characters more valuable and give them more dimention.
