After a month of playing, I think that I've finished this mod, but I run into a problem. After killing the primary target (olygarch), cutscene outside the palace appeares. I listen to the counsel's speech and than the game locks. There is just a stopwatch icon. Is this the end?

Considering the twist in the end that you can do nothing about, and the fact that the whole story was not really clear... Well it was a nice ride. I've finished 1.13. WF? Lockie, you are talking about Wildfire? I got it few years back, but it was hard/buggy to the point where I just give up. During the past 9 years I played Ja2 at least dozen times. It's one of mine favorite games.

He's having some real life g-f time and also gone back to college. Personally I completely understand. You bust a gut getting some cool new ideas down in mod form and all you get is 4% thanks from the hardcore of enthusiasts and 96% complaints from all the whingers who really should get off their butts and actually create something of their own if they're so full of "good" ideas!

Thats right. I spent hours messing with xml's becuase I wasnt aware of the editor for a long time, and only the Chinese guys from the DBB mod mentioned my contribution even if it was a minor one, it took me a week to do...

Yea, I happened to finish the mod this week.
Brilliant, bloody brilliant.Liked the options to have 2 endings and the real end with the general being arrested.

Gotta say I liked lots of the stuff in the mod, including the specially camouflaged armors(tiger stripe and gorod are awesome)The Arsenal carabine(actually anything coming from Arsenal goes to my IMP so my respect for putting such a weapon in the mod)...and more, many more.

Liked having the ability to play with Mike.
Liked Chrissy-nice NPC
Liked Iron the most- this is one of the two coolest custom made mercs in JA mods(along with rudedog from urban chaos).Man Iron's quotes just pwn.

Seriously, this mod is really awesome. It's a must have for every serious JA player.

hope you guys did not forget to save the democratic leader of Transcaucasia :bunny:

looking at the map: Demoville could be Ordu. would be suitable too. (Wiki: "Ordu" means "army" in the Turkish language and the word has come down in modern English as the word "horde")

It's a beta , so , it isn't finished and never will be . Very playable though and a good campaign to play through . you'll have to read threads about clues , story etc .

He's in the prison sector, prepared for execution. Problem is, if you don't clear the sector fast he'll be shot and will die of his wounds.

Guess it's something to try again for the next time...

Having him rescued allows the player to choose whether to give the chalice of chance to him or to consultant Williams having 2 (although a bit similar) possible endings.

So the Democratic Prez is a prisoner in the prison? Is the he the one who's killed close to the SE door?

If so, how does one clear the topside prison sector quickly in RR on VH (Expert?) difficulty? (I gave up an Insane campaign as just too stressful)...

He's in a wheelchair and is in the shooting range ready for execution.
As soon as the alarm is raised he'll be shot and wounded so your team muse secure and patch him up quickly before he dies. You don't have to clear the whole dungeon for that.

resueing or patching up this guy is one "junction" of the story, later junctions are the chalice of chance (who to give it to, not giving it to anybody) and also the secret documents work as story junctions in a similar rudimentary way. This way, one may get up to 6 endings. The scorpion wrote that there's up to 7 endings, so there must be another story junction somewhere.
