I downloaded the UC mod at GAMESPOT, cause the download link in the forum is dead, but i don't know if its the latest package because i don't know what version it is. I hit 'v' in the tactical screen and the version info doesn't show up, but all the othe other stuff does.

Weapon descriptions are weird, too(there's no description at all unlike the other JA, except for the wep. attachments info). Is it just like that or do I have an old version? :whoknows:

And also i want to ask you guys how to use the new G.D website in the game? Does it require an email address for recieving the infos and if it does, where do i get my game e-mail address?
I have no idea at all... :headbanger:

You have (A) either not installed it correctly or (B) you did not hit the UC exe to begin. Search for the UC FAQ i would suggest.

Well it just says JA Mod Squad or something and guess what there's no sci-fi in the new game options. There's just realistic.

Correct. Sci-fi can be activated by a download plus you have to enter an extra basement in game to trigger it rather than choose it as an option. The game does not end in Sci-fi mode as there is no Queen Robot to kill. Fun all the same though.

The GD website tells you what new attachments can be made, how to upgrade your armour or convert a rifle from 228 to 556, various new scopes etc. It's just infomation.

If your install was ok and you've clicked on the UC exe to begin your game then it's just a website you browse through (it replaces the morticians site I think).
