The first time my mercs talk to Tony he'll say "Yes" then "You're dead you bastard"(or something like that) Idon't know what i did! I never hurt him. Is this a bug, cause he's shooting holes on my mercs right now?

Yes, it's a bug. It happens when you kill that woman, forgot her name, near the limo in some sector near the town that takes Drassen's place in the mod.

I think there was a patch around claiming to fix this but it still didn't work for me.

 Hi, Yes Mike is right.Her name is Claudia Papanus ,You can change her civ group in Pro Edit it was set on SanMonaArms,change to Queens or Hicks or unused15 if you want.This will stop Tony's Agressiveness.You will have to start a new game too.Sorry
