My free avira went ballistic on me too when i installed a while ago too.
It is the MapConverter program in the Maps folder that gets its attention, sais it's a trojan(TR/CryptXPACK.Gen Trojan). Should be treated with indifference, it's something all mapmakers used at one point or another to make the conversion between the UB and Ja2 map format and back. No way to avoid it if you are using such conversions. There is no other way to do this conversion, AFAIK. All versions of that map converter are getting that signal from my different antivirus programs, no matter from where you get them - something in the way that executable is written I suppose (using old ways that new gismos don't know or don't support anymore Smile

. Thing comes from Sirtec as I know it.

Some old versions of installers that create backups are treated as virus by the new and wise antivirus programs too.

Can't recommand deleting that Mapconverter or moving it to quarantine to shut up the antivirus-dunno if the game actually uses it for some instant map conversions.

In short: nothing to worry about. Just ignore, install and enjoy.

To set sandbags on the ground press "[" or "]". To set bigger sandbags press "[" or "]" + "Alt". To remove sandbags press "[" or "]" again.

Just finished Night Ops, and it absolutely rocks Very Happy

Loved every single bit of it from the very start, those options on noptions are awesome!

Just one thing to keep in mind, tho, is that it seems impossible to play Iron Man (or maybe im just too lazy). The amount of enemies, the tough LOS on some maps (swamp mostly), the aggressive IA flanking, and almost all enemies carrying grenade lauchers at some point, its just a bit too much Razz

Every step can be a nasty surprise of death raining from above. But all of the above, if not playing Iron Man, are absolutely sweet and definitely add to an awesome gameplay.

Some funny thing, i played JA2 so many times, and never came across Manuel till now. Great char.
Sergei is also a great addition, well planned char Very Happy

There seems to be a bug in Peskado, O8. I forgot to use the boat to the base and exited the map, and i couldnt go back to the map again, crashes while loading.

Highly recommended.
