I think I've found the real-life Bubba. He just got kicked out of the police department for being too fat so I think we'll see him working for MERC soon.

Thats what I thought, too, untill the end of the piece when we're told he continues to try and get the decision reveresed through court. Now thats Bubba stupidity right there.
