hmm..am enjoying V5 thus far..and except for some minor niggly things i've no issues..except with auto weapons..i appreciate you toning them down ALOT from dbb's fire everything you can jam in it in one turn mentality...BUT..one of my imps..is auto expert..took auto only..has 85 dex and agi..yet..can fire no more than 6 shots a turn from her gmpg60..yet give her a weapon..that shows same rof and she can fire off 20 shots..am happy though..that even gone psycho she dosnt fire off the whole clip...some invisible limit happily kicks in Very Happy

I haven't really played that much with any DBB mod, only tested it a bit, but by the looks of this:
Great work Oldpossum :ok:
One question: Is this v5 alpha release stable/bug free enough for regular gameplay. I'm making a Single Click Installer with WF, STOMP, HAM, and DBB+Oldpossum changes, so I was wondering if this version is stable enough or should I use v4?

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me which ja1.13 release (+ HAM,STOMP,Wildfire if possible) best to install along with the latest PossumDBB (or any other weapon addon) ?

I guess the newer ones with NAS are out of question, or do they work with this ?

TIA

F

As NAS is completely optional, it should -theoretically- be possible to drop this on the current beta SCI (containing HAM and STOMP), just be sure to choose old attachment system on startup and don't activate NCTH (new chance to hit system).

OR you get an SCI for AIMNAS, modifying items and maps (loosely based on the WF maps) with great attention to detail which is compatible to NAS (but not to NCTH - the current public beta version is very rough anyway).

Thank you very much. I tried to get this to work with Chatner`s SCI for AIMNAS, but unfortunately i get a Error at startup. something like : Item ID 1724 is LBE but has 4 slots (which is not allowed)

I dropped PossumDBB 4 + 4B + 5 alpha into the DATA-AIM folder

I guess DBBCOS-911/912 wont work with WF-AIMNAS either because it has its own exe ?

You are not supposed to drop one item mod over another, so try Possum with a clean beta install or try AIMNAS, but don't combine them.

Sorry, seems i have misunderstood

DepressivesBrot

OR you get an SCI for AIMNAS

So its not possible to combine them. Guess im stuck with either using 1.13+Possum/DBBCOS or 1.13+WF-AIMNAS then.

yup, possum's doesnt support NAS and for example if it has starting gear defined it most surely will not be the new gearkit layout so no starting gear, a lot has changed since the last release of this mod
