Hey,

Today I started playin UC. What i was really wondering about is, that the civilians have weapons and are running from A to B like crazy chickens, but dont fight against the forces of evil, like they did in the first quadrant. So what are they good for but going on you nerves by extending the combats?

blue civillians? cops - check there reaction if you enter their sector during the dark hours - and you're getting in trouble with them sooner or later anyway - take their gear

and if it was just for stooping that militia like running around in the scenery shoot them - you also can't allow those armed thugs to stay in your backyard - and later you'll get in trouble with them anyway

The only people that I have not killed in Jagged Alliance were the girls working at the Shady Lady.
