Ive kept pressing Del or Backspace when highlightning an option.
However, no response. Not sure whatsup but i can't change the values

Yes the host settings. I dunno if its me but when i press Del or backspace
when highlightning an option to replace it for another number - fails to respond.

The problem occured when i pressed alt+tab to go back to windows.
Followed craigs advice by pressing alt+tab an additional time.
Working flawlessly!

Thanks for your quick reply working now.
On the note of the AI in MP games it feels like theyre too easy to beat or is it just me ?
They rarely hit my mercs and their awareness is low.

outstanding!
Now i only have to make all 6th characters in the teams something special... Typically with explosives, grenades and other fun stuff. Will be great to be able to really test them now.

ok that explains it.
More Bugs:
- i hit a lying enemy with my knife- and hear a shotsound
- i knock down an enemy with my fist, he falls, and i try to punch him on the ground, but game shows me the stopclock then and it takes around 30 sec until i can move again - the punch was never made. This happened everytime when i tried to punch a lying enemy.
- hitting an enemy in the head, was exactly 55 damage, and his head exploded - i thought hes dead (who wouldnt think that). next round he stands up and continues to play - after ive asked my opponent, he told me that his merch never died. This happened only 1 time
- Buns cant reload her extremly pimped, brandnew G11, and she just got an interrupt and is facing her enemys. Oh no, thats no bug, i just forgot to buy Ammo (this happened SEVERAL times so i just wanted to mention it :crazy: )

Buying is annoying anyway... either you buy the same stuff all the time or you'll have trouble buying just exactly what you need.
Buying scripts would be helpful, or, as i do, pre-equip the teams with pretty much all they need.

none that i knew of. But you can disable the faulty grenades in your enemyitemchoices.xml and then use the edited file for multiplayer purposes

is it always your buddy that crashes? or is it always the client?
Of course, the items in question can be commented out as well, for example setting their coolness value to zero *might* help, also unassigning the TG items from their respective launchers will stop the AI from generating them. If they already have it, it should stop them from firing it.
But this is clearly only a workaround until the actual issue is resolved.

A very weird issue. Since it only happens if the nade explodes directly on your buddy's merc, it logicly can't be any data issue, but if it only happens to him, not you, it may be a client-specific crash. Did you report this to rowa21?
in order to locate the TG greande ammo, you can use the "grenade" filter in the xml editor and you'll then see a bunch of TG grenades for several launchers.

my client just had a crash due to a teargas grenade as well. This is probably the same bug as the one reported by Johno

in a vanilla-multiplayer COOP game of today, the same crash occured when my client got hit by a mustard gas grenade. So i think something about gas grenades is fishy.
workaround for players: disable gas grenades from enemy's choices and also disable the respective grenades fired from launchers for the time being. Probably needs to be synched for best effect.

I had a incident with a normal gas grenade bought for economical reasons. Upon utilizing it in front of a window to prevent death, everyone was still visible to each other.
