except for Warlord, these are all unmodified npc's from ja2
Warlord however, if you talk a bit with him, will admit to having killed kamalps father.
There's a quest to finding that killer, so...
But careful, there might be consequences to befiending warlrd and his friends.

Hi B2B, welcome to the boards
1. The Dante quest indeed has a bug. It is however fixed in the allinonepatch that you can find in the patches and additions thread. Try if it already takes effect in the ongoing game, i'm not sure 
spoilers below:
2. Err... do you have a name for that Agent? Is it thug? The guy in prion about to be electrocuted?
If yes, this guy, if you save him, leads you to a stash of, inter alia, diamonds and gas. He's a bit of a character though 
3. Don should be giving you a fed-ex quest Try talking to him with high leadership/ good communicator mercs. If it doesn't work, try again later after completing some other quests, as sometimes, Don refuses to give that quests (happened to me as well lately). It's not a big deal to not complete his quest. It's just an assassination quest and you only get an item as reward. No serious effect on story or gameplay.

1. Yes, quest completed.
For some mines, you require access to one of the big ships in RR. There's dante's ship and another one, seawulfs. Some of the miens wouldn't work without these ships to actually export the ore. (That quest is a bit of a mockery of wildfire, where they advertised such a quest but never implemented it)
2. It takes a lot of talking. He'll speak a lot of other stuff first
3. Sometimes, it doesn't work But no big deal
4. Yes, that quest, as discussed in various threads, doesn't work very intuitivly
there's a document you get earlier on that you can give wolfenstein. I admit there shoudl also be a violent solution. But it doesn't work yet
Yup, diamond claim. Evidently, you can collect all diamonds there so long as he doesn't see you take them. Also, he repairs electronic devices IIRC

if you got the claim deed from dante, you can bring it to armand. Armand will give you money for it

Crow can be in many different sectors. Check the towns, he's usually in places where NPC's gather, like Bars or shops.
