Hi!
After a lot of meddling with my older JA-install I decided to make a clean sweep and reinstall with the 1.13 + H.A.M. 3.6 SCI plus Wildfire Maps (just the maps).
Everything went well until I liberated Drassen mine and found myself unable to locate Fred Morris (should be him, it's the first visited mine sector).
I already searched every single house in the sector although I know he is supposed to be in the "Mining Comission" with all the wooden lockers but the only person in there is the nameless guy who refuses to step away from the door to the small room with the chests. Yes, I spun my merc around 360

Try this, start a new game, activate GABBI, teleport to the sector, Alt+O to kill all enemies, Alt+E to show everyone, hover your mouse over each RPC, look for a guy with a name displayed over their guy, is the miner there?
This way you check if the default map has the miner. For example the miner could have accidentally died in your specific game.
You can also use GABBI Alt+E to look for the miner in your current game. Just save, activate GABBI, look for the guy, reload your saved game. This way your game won't have the cheat entry. It could be the miner ran somewhere and is stuck or hidden.

Same problem when using the WiFi maps. It did not occur in my last game before I restarted, however. Last time he was in the office like he is supposed to be, though I *think* he appeared only after the second time I visited the sector. The current game is at experienced difficulty; the previous game was at expert difficulty.

Yep, I went back a day later and he was there. Weird.

No, but he appeared where he was supposed to a few days later. Maybe it's become tied to loyalty for some reason? Dunno.
I'm having other problems though, such as recruiting Carlos & Miguel, locating Carlos the bounty hunter, getting the helicopter refueling service from Estoni... I'm using Thor or Hitman to speak with everyone, who by now have leadership scores of 60-80. I've captured Drassen, Chitzena, Grumm, Alma and Cambria. That should be enough, right?
This is definitely the glitchiest playthrough I've experienced so far.

SharkDSame problem in Grumm now... Except I've waited a few days and he hasn't returned. ALT+E also doesn't show him on the map.
you mean [CHEAT}-[alt]-[E]? :devilaugh:
