Solved the mystery with the walls you could walkthrough in Drassen Airport... looks like those wall decals never had a jsd file. And by that I mean, the jsd file for waldec20 is not even in the regular JA2 tileset.slf file!

Ah well... guess I'll have to make a new one then...

Thank you for all the wonderful work you are doing. It is much appreciated and enjoyed!

Will it be possible to have a scrambler motorbike in green? I think it will be great for scouting/stealth missions or when you want to transport 1 or 2 mercs across the map quickly.

Thanks again!

New gun for Gaston's starting gear:

http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/6783/mas49.gif

MAS-49 in the 7.62x51 variant (didn't feel like adding 7.5x54mm right now... might change that later on, but as there are actually 7.62x51 export versions of the MAS-49, I keep it at that...).

I have 7.5x54mm added, including the respective weapons (MAS 36 and MAC 1924). Feel free to take what you like.

Taking the ammo would also mean I'd have to make a new ammo box pic for the new caliber... and after re-doing boxes for all the other calibers, I REALLY don't feel like adding a new caliber at the moment. Wink But thanks for the offer.

I have 3 questions..

1) There's 2 SCIs available, Chatner's and Tais .. which one have the quest not broken?
2) I've been away from JA2 scene for quite a bit.. Last time I played, STOMP isnt implemented into the main 1.13 even, and the latest HAM at that time are 3.5. The latest 113 beta (which I found in Tais's mediafire folder) includes both STOMP traits and HAM latest feature (paying cost for militia, working in facilities). Will this mod contain those as well(via the included 113 installation -I dunno what revision they got implemented into the main code)?
3) The SCI used the wildfire maps, yes?

@Daene:
1) Quests should work in both SCIs. Tai's is the newer version though, includes all the latest features and big maps.
2) Afaik Tai's AIMNAS SCI is based on the latest 1.13 beta, so it includes the same HAM and STOMP versions.
3) Well, the maps were based on the original Wildfire maps, but Smeagol changed them quite a lot. Especially in the latest version with the big maps.

Tais SCI doesn't include bigmaps yet. It's basically the old WF maps I made for WF6.06, but with newest AIMNAS Version.

Sorry to be a bother.. using Tais SCI..

Do AIMNAS not support the NCTH? I got used o it during my lile play with the beta before I clean install to test AIMNAS and a little dissappointed to see the line missing ...

Instead of seeing this

Quote:
USE_NCTH = TRUE

I see this only Sad

Nope, setting up all the values for NCTH is very time consuming. It's likely to happen some day, but for now, only OCTH is supported.

A quick question: Is the Drassen counterattack triggered only when you control all four of the WF-map sectors of Drassen or is it triggered by the original three?

The new .38Cal Revolver, is it added correctly or is my install bad cause its shown in Bobby Rays as having no damage, mag size or range and an action point cost of 65650 or something similar. the same 5 didgit figure that ammo boxes sometimes appear on the map with.

Here we go again.

I posted yesterday in an aother tread.

I'm playing SCI_AIMNASv17.02_r4057_20110417
SOLDIER_TOOLTIP_DETAIL_LEVEL = 1, more challange not know the weapons enemies exactly having.

Day 1, 11.00
Progression speed = normal
Progession 7/7
Sector: San Mona C5.

So... even in daytime i love to sneak and and steal weapons, till get notived.
Even then, i keep looking for opportunities to steal stuff with my spook. (Stealth/Athletic/Thrower Girl)

So i was surpriced i found an enemy with a MG42 with 2 attachments and 4 belts ammo.
Seems to early in my opinion, but my Auto Weapons/Heavy Weapons/Bodybuilding is really happy with it Smile

*Edit:
Still not figures out how to change Rod&Spring bug.
I tried most everything to change it in the TableData Folder xml files.
Anyone have a sugesstion for me?

Hello there, just wanna to "express" some stupid sugestion...

-about map area transition, its good idea if the squad or merc instantly moved to destination sector if they do it from the edge of the map *just like when we move from A9 to A10 in real time mode not from arulco sector map* so the merc really can working out their strength.

-about "awesome" bob rays, just commenting about the weapon, he should only sell unmodified weapon and he sell all the customizing kit fot the weapon, so we can costumize the weapon.

that's all, i'm not a programmer after all... don't know that's possible or not.

The area transition from A9 to A10 is not instant, it takes the usual 5 minutes to travel from city sector to city sector. Check the ingame clock, don't think it was changed.
Awesome Bobby Ray means that he has a huge stock of everything that was defined as sold by BR, you can't change what he sells by the BR setting.

yes, but if you not in town to town th sreen will change to map and we must fast forward it, "instant" in this case the time is instantly fast forwarded since the merc must run across the map in real time mode.
