So my progress is 100/100. I've taken three sectors in Meduna. I'm training militia, and just waiting for attacks. I'm basically doing this to try and get the final selection of guns (the HK XM8, HK G11 pdw etc). However, ALL the enemy elites have are HK21Es, SCARs, EMRAs, DSR-1s. The game's set to tons of guns. I keep checking Tony's and Bobby Ray's, and nothing.

Does anyone have any idea how to get these final weapons? I THINK that my version is recent enough. Perhaps I need to kill some redshirts, and not elites? I've been on 100/100 progress for about a week now, game time.

Maybe I just need to wait longer. I'd really appreciate any help - as you know it's all about the guns Razz

EnemyGunChoices.xml does not have either XM8 nor G11 pdw in it, so no matter how many soldier you kill, you will never find it on them.
Tony and BR should have the guns if (and only if) you have Sci-Fi mode enabled. If not, then the guns simply do not exist.
If you do have Sci-Fi on, and neither merchant has them, then it needs a bit of looking into it.

Not to be awkward but in my current (non sci-fi) game one of my mercs has a stolen XM8 Sharpshooter...(although its crap lol, gonna swap it with an M14 EBR when I have enough spare EBR stocks)

Although to be fair in this game the guns that enemies are dropping are...exotic to say the least, since progress 40-50 i've had a SCAR-L, An Erma-100, the XM8 a lot of coolness 8-9 sniper rifles and a couple of other fairly rare ones

Again: Enemy dropping guns has nothing to do with the coolness of that weapon or the game progress. It is only tied to the respective section in EnemyGunChoices.XML, which in return mostly is defined by the sector the battle is in, the class of the enemy, and some minor stuff.
