I'm sorry if this was discussed before but everywhere is written that Ira is good for training militia, but when I try it with her I have an error popping up saying that she doesn't have enough leadership. This happens also for other characters. I had to recruit a merc with 50+ leadership to be able to train. It's not very efficient since those mercs are usually the more expensive ones... So is this leadership requirement comming from the mod? Are there any settings to turn this off? Thanks.

This is an INI setting and the minimum leadership threshold can be set there. Can't remember the exact variable off the top of my head, but it is there. I usually raise it even higher than normal for regular militia and lower the requirements for mobiles a bit.

It can be fixed in the .ini, either by going into the .ini itself or by using the ini editor. I don't remember what the setting is called but search for "leadership" and you should find it.

I believe the standard setting is a minimum of 20 leadership but that can be changed. Personally I like it but I definitely see a problem with Ira in particular, in the vanilla game she was pretty much designed to act as an early militia trainer but now she needs to spend some time to get up to 20 first (doesn't take too long though).

MINIMUM_LEADERSHIP_TO_TRAIN_MILITIA = 14(Ira)
