Uhm, so, in UC 1.13 the AIM guys arrive via airplane and they have only gear which is airline approved, so no guns, kives etc., they basically arrive empty handed except for some LBE gear, bags and such. I just started a game and the AIM dudes show weapons in their inventory selection, do you know what I mean? They should show up naked mostly, not with guns. The UC arrival airport has a bunch of strong militia which will defend the players against the present enemies, the players need to grab guns from the enemies before they can shoot back, standard UC arrival protocol.
Edit: Oh dude, something is not right, I am getting 1.13 maps, not UC maps, hang on, I am probably pointing to the wrong VFS.

Yo wil, not sure if this was always the case, in A10, when you have a merc close to the top / northern edge of the sector, and you scroll a little north, the visible screen repositions a little south of where your curser just was, it "hops" or "snaps" a little lower, and this is totally repeatable, I just did it over 30 times using cursor keys and mouse pointer, staring at the effect with fascination.
Edit: Link to save game is here, I use MAX_NUMBER_PLAYER_MERCS = 32 in case this is useful.
Edit 2: A Skorpion vz.61 fits into a revolver holster pocket, not sure if this was intentional, in the past only small pistols, like a PM, fit into a revolver pocket, the vz.61 is more of a machine pistols, has even a folding stock, should be a little too bulky for a revolver holster.

This one looks like an .exe issue. Which of the three supported exe's are you using?

This one is due to the limited number of sizes available, and me allowing pistol item sizes (which the Skorpions vz.61/82 use) to fit the revolver holster. Fixing this right now means abandoning the revolver specific holster that my projects have, or devoting an entire size to the Skorpion vz.61/82 and similar shaped weapons.
Preferred solution is however to wait for JMich's already existing item size externalization to be incorporated into v1.13. EDIT: This code has been around since March of last year, something of a tragedy that there has been no further action on it since then...

I installed 4870 and then Urban Chaos-1.13 v3.60 Full 20111230.7z and I am running the standard version, nothing fancy like HAM or so.
Edit: It looks like I can't switch positions with civilians / militia anymore, I only get the talk icon, even if I wait a minute, the switch position icon never appears.
When opening a container with items that have ownership, I get the "there is nothing here" and the "I found something" voice dialog, in that order. I have not checked with containers which don't have ownership items.
When double clicking on an item in a container which has ownership, I can no longer run toward it, meaning I don't get the yellow run cursor, all I can do is walk toward the item.
Edit 2: I know no one will believe me, but I swear I just saw the old aim cursor for a split second after loading a game. I haven't started drinking yet, so I am reasonable sober. I reloaded a bunch of times, but maybe the new aim cursor is drawing too quickly for me to see, meaning I couldn't reproduce it.
There is also a weird thing going on, sometimes when I load a quick save, I get the spinning clock icon and it doesn't go away. I can hear enemies running around, but none of them came close enough for me to see them. As far as I can tell, when I get the spinning clock, all I can do is quick load or Alt+X. I believe this happened after I quick saved a game, so it might have been in a funny state, like an enemy was able to see me, but I didn't see them, and when I loaded the enemy forgot what they were doing.
Edit 3: When I have a RIS Bipod and a RIS Foregrip attached I can take a Grip Pod hover over the RIS Foregrip and left click which will successfully attach the Grip Pod to the gun even though it already has a RIS Bipod attached. I also tested with an empty slot which works correctly, meaning you cannot attach the Grip Pod to a gun which already has a RIS Bipod attached.
Edit 4: I can't remove a muzzle break during combat, I have full APs, it says I don't have enough APs. Alternatively make the muzzle break water proof, so that I can swim with it.
Oh, and by the way, sector C4 (the one with the amrs dealer and the water on two sides) is being attacked from the South, which is valid I believe, but it still is the turkey shoot, my guys are lines up at the shore with Dragonovs.
Edit 5: The KAZAK-5 Russian Class II Vest (white) is still so small that I can put two into a large side pack pocket, all other vests are much larger, I need to carry them in my hands.

I am effectively away from the office till tomorrow night, so I won't be able to look into any odd game behaviour till then. Here is what I remember:

Intentional 150AP attachment cost - unlike sound suppressors which often come in "quick detach" variants, I've haven't seen a quick detach suppressor. Sure I'll make it water proof.
DieterEdit 5: The KAZAK-5 Russian Class II Vest (white) is still so small that I can put two into a large side pack pocket, all other vests are much larger, I need to carry them in my hands. Intentional, the KAZAK-5 is supposed to be concealable body armour so I made it smaller. Also may be attached to Nail's Leather Biker Jacket for extra protection.

wil473Checked, and the Grip Pod does have the RIS Bipod and RIS Foregrip in its incompatibility list. Likewise, the RIS Bipod and RIS Foregrip have the Grip Pod correctly set in their incompatibility lists. I haven't had time to check in-game though.
Yah, I believe you. To test it, both have to be attached, then pick up the Gripod, hover it over the RIS Foregrip, and left mouse click, it will swap the Gripod for the RIS Foregrip, your mouse cursor will become the RIS Foregrip and the gun will have the Gripod and the RIS Bipod attached, pretty neat actually.
wil473Updated the Micro-Uzi to also have 30 round magazine capacity.
Uh, really, how many rounds was it before? Oh, and I assume you fixed the range, what is it now?
Edit: Alright wil, I have something awesome for you, disappearing items from the sector inventory, reproducible!! Here is a save game, open the sector inventory, you will see items like 7.62x51 Match 20 rd mags, RIS bipod, RIS foregrip etc. Now go into tactical view, go back into strategic view, check the sector inventory again, some items have disappeared.
I suspect that the missing items ended up somehow under the jeep, but moving the vehicle does not make the items re-appear, neither does Shift+M. Obiously not a UC 1.13 problem, however a very old code bug noone was able to track down in all these years, now we have a repeatable save game.
Edit 2: Yo wil, remember when we had a conversation about the Advanced Reflex Sight plus Advanced Reflex Sight 4x Magnifier supposed to be a little better than a Reflex Scope x4 with a Reflex Sight on top? You explained this to me that the Advanced Reflex Sight is a more recent technology development making it ok to be a little better compared to the traditional optic with a reflex sight on top. Well, after the most recent changes the Reflex Scope x4 with a Reflex Sight is now better than the Advanced Reflex Sight plus Advanced Reflex Sight 4x Magnifier. Is this an oversight or is it supposed to be this way?

Yo wil, how can I check if Smithy sells the AR-15 RIS Scope Mount? So far I didn't get a single one. In the last game under the release candidate 2, I had several. I want to check if the entry is missing, but under Data-UC113\TableData\NPCInventory I don't see a file for Smithy. If Smithy is Jake, then I don't see an entry for 541.
It is not really about reopening a discussion, please don't make this look like I am hard to satsify (which is probably true as well), it is about consistency.
Under the v3.60 release candidate 2, I pointed out that the Reflex Scope 4x + Reflex Sight is not identical to the Advance Reflex Sight + ARS 4x. The explanation back then was that the ARS combo is supposed to be better.
Under v3.60 I am poiting out that the ARS combo is worse than the Reflex Scope combo. My opinion of "worse" is based on the feedback I received during the rc2. (I don't really have an opinion, either way works for me. The only problem is that I already bought 4 ARS combos in game.)
By the way, the ARS combo being worse is independent from the Dual mode Sight, meaning you can remove the Dual mode Sight from the comparison and the ARS is still slower than the scope combo.
Oh, and I didn't see Smithy selling a Dual mode Sight either (to circle back to the AR-15 scope mount not showing).
