I just started playing RR today and I found out this npc inside named Iron saying was looking for a new contract. However seems I can't recruit him, even with my npc with 85 leadership, and all he says is "I already have enough of that, thank you" when I click recruit. Maybe I have to give him wodka since he keeps saying he gonna drink it?

 I found him down in the bunker, but I had the same problem a while back. Maybe another way?

 the russian garrison is there to be razed and everybody there to be killed asap.
but if you want to cheat and make things easy, the guide/translator girl is the only one who can coax Iron over...

 Iron is a pig to recruit, as Burzmali mentions it seems the red-headed translator girl in your team is the only person able to convince Iron to join your squad.
