I captured enough cities to trigger that scene where Dedrianna says that line about giving them a surprise or what ever, and I killed the goons that showed up after she said that. One of them was a tough Major with grey hair and a very modded gun, and a Lieutenant with a rocket launcher and crap load of ammo for it. I figure one of them was the "surprise" merc from JA1 that triggers Iggy to show up. I waited a month in the game, and he never showed up. What gives?? I even tried watching the bar for a week (game time) about 3 weeks in the game after she said that. I filled it with mercs so I could see every inch inside the building and not miss any people in it, and skipped ahead several hours at a time, until a week in the game went by. Nothing. There is a kingpin goon that appears where I thought Iggy usually shows up, he's blonde... wasn't Iggy blonde too? I don't remember. Anyway, he shows up at the back left, behind the pool tables in the centerish near the far west wall. I want Iggy. Sad Where the heck is he? Can someone help me? Did 1.13 relocate him?

Whoa, what mod are you playing?
In my stock 1.13 queen D never sends special people after me. I always felt that this special scene was to foreshadow Mike

I have no way to fact check this, but my memory tells me i have gotten Iggy way before i reached that progress number.

Haha, ive never realized that this is in the Ini. Was it always there or is it a recent addition?
Ive never tinkered with the progress settings so it is totally possible that ive always overlooked that setting.

On the other hand im playing like five different Ja campains/mods at the same time so im bound to mix shit up here and there.

Well I captured 4 cities and a SAM site. How much more do I need to do till he shows up? In stock he shows up after you take enough cities till she says that line about sending the rebels a surprise or something like that. Its in the walk through. I double checked. Why on earth did you change that? I liked that the way it was... why do I need to wait that long for a half decent merc?

Noticed this hasn't been brought up yet, I remember Iggy's appearance required your mercs meeting Mike first. Have you run into the random Mike battle yet?

Why can't it be both, though? Myself i don't know how it all works, but purely theoretically Iggy's appearance could be dependant both on amount of days passed, and on game progress. Theoretically, the game easily could check it in kinda this manner:
" IF time passed is less than _XX_ days, OR IF game progress is less than _XX_ percents, THEN don't let iggy to spawn ".

Could actually be any number of conditions in theory. How about something like

" IF ((Flo is not hired) AND (gameprogress is not less than _XX_) AND (KingPin's alive) AND (Alma's not player-controlled) AND (number of stones in inventory of Omerta sectors is positive)) THEN (spawn Iggy) " Wink
