Okay then I understand... But i think its still a bit faster, just not instantaneous. Slow enough to not be useful during a "rush" though and i guess that was what was intended if/when they changed it.

IIRC the merchant in Cambria has a Vintorez for sale in 1.13. And you can have Cambria much before 16:00 ...

Yea that could work. I wont get to use it during the entire day but it will still get to do a good number on the enemy before being handed of to the militia...
