Currently uploading AIMNAS XMAS Release 2014.

This will require a game exe newer than 7667 to work properly (because the gazillion of attachments broke something in the code used on exe's with lower numbers).

Due to my very slow i-net connection upping the almost 60 MB 7zip file will take a while...

At least it starts fine, you need to change starting lua script and set flag for filled sandbags in items.xml, but there will be no collapsing roofs, moving vehicles and advanced fortifications.

Any install instructions will be appreciated. Unpacking over latest 1.13 SCI causes the game to crash on startup. Only windowed mode works fine. There are also some warnings on startup

The windowed mode can either be disabled in the JA2.ini or you need to change windows colour depth to 16bit.

The red lines on start up are all set to true so can basically be ignored and are caused by a newer ja2options.ini being required then what your exe calls for. Those error messages are just to inform you, that some newer features are active. Nothing to worry about.

Hm, i surely disabled a windowed mode and tried both 16 and 32-bit colour depth, fullscreen doesn't start up(.

Executable exe is missing also in editor list after i unpack AIMNAS - i put it manually in ja2.ini but it is still missing in config.

Should i also change Data folfer in XMLEditorInit?

Sorry for too many questions, but i am new to this mod.

Hy there! i am a new member in the forum but been playing this ultimate game for a couple of yeras now! I love to try this AIMNAS release, but can't find how i intall it. I am playing JA2 v1.13 version 7435. How can i install this AiMNAS release?

This shit is difficult as hell, even if agressive AI is turned off - Drassen counter is very difficult (even it is not a counter attack as it was disabled). i can't even train fully one sector...

A little FAQ will be appreciated, which cities better capture first, what settings to use, what are these letters about ore, empty letters from A, how many mercs suggested for big maps and etc.

It's possible that Nails has a ballistic vest in some of his kits in addition to his leather jacket. The ballistic vest can be worn as an attachment to the leather jacket. The item distribution algorithm somehow thinks it's smarter to wear the ballistic vest first and thus his leather jacket is put somewhere else...

a few questions: please it is posible expand weapons models in 9x21 ? i personaly like omon camo patern for uniforms exist city &wood [item grafics is aviable in iov],also some cheap balistics armor from asia region can be intersting[they can be use in starting gear kits for malice & dr q] it is a posible make camo pants from like:excample kevlar legins+woodlegins=result in kevlar wood legins, camo uniform+balistics armor like in curent mod

Hello all.

Sorry but im really having trouble getting the XMAS 2014 version of AIMNAS to run.

Can someone tell me which version of 1.13 it is designed to run with ?

Ive tried with the stable 7435 and patched 7609 but im getting a runtime error just as i open the contract negotiation dialogue in AIM.

What a great mod! Thank you! All my experiences about JA2 these years have been refreshed!

But here is the oddity, I was playing with 1.2 gold + SCI_Unstable_Revision_7717_on_GameDir_2198 + AIMNAS_XMAS_Release_2014, clean installation, after several exciting battles in Omerta, I only got items dropped by enemy soldiers, and found out that all boxes and lockers in those sector maps were empty. I thought it was because Omerta was greatly looted during the war, but in the Drassen airport, I still found nothing in houses or crates.

After that I tried Sci 7667 and 7686, all versions shown on the start-up interface were 7646 (development build), is that the cause of this problem? Should I use SVN to get the latest updates? or can I simply replace the exe file with a higher version?
