Thought so. Would be nice if that could be done for fullscreen as well, because it is quite annoying to disabled one monitor all the time, and moving all the icons back to their old places, etc. Would be easier if the mouse simply wouldn't leave the screen.

So glad that someone is still making SCIs, I'm one of those noobs that can't install anything too complicated. I was curious to try the zombie features but an option for it doesn't show up in preferences. I noticed that I can adjust the features in the ini editor, but there doesn't appear to be an obvious way to get the game to use them. Is there something extra i need to do to get the zombie features to work?

The EXE you play has the Zombie-Feature disabled, that's why it does not show up in the ingame option screen.

You seem to be missing graphics and that's probably caused by the combo of AR and a very new exe or not grabbing the right gamedir data

This has never worked when something got added to gamedir to support a new feature in the exe, the newer exe will search for the files that are required, if these files are missing then no game.

When you say a fresh install does it matter what version e.g. i have the gold one but do i need to patch it at all (and if so to what) before i apply your mod?

thanks

Any idea when the next SCI is out? Not chasing, just that there is an update to the Arulco revisited mod in the next few days and if the next SCI is going to be soonish i'll wait until both are out before starting a new campaign.

[The Arulco Revisited mod seems to work ok with thsi SCI which is cool - though only played a few battles as a test]

Sorry to say that, but to me this looks like the typical one-shot effort we have seen several times already and I doubt there'll be a sequel.

i tried UC SCI

you have two files but i can extract only first one with 7zip (cant extract it with winRaR)

i tried running game with only files that came from first extracted 7z file and it is working OK for now, i will report if there will be any missing files

not really sure, maybe 7zip uses both files while extracting (i had both of them in same map) but GUI doesnt show usage of second file

first file: SCI_1.13_4870+UCv3.65.1.7z.001 199MB-extracted 967MB
second file: SCI_1.13_4870+UCv3.65.1.7z.002 104MB

edit: yes it appears that 7-zip uses both files, just make sure you have both files in same map and extraction should work (if you put second file in diferent map extraction doesnt work)

working great for now, thx

Wanna ask if this is a bug:

Playing Arulco Revisited on Revision5702, the trigger group doesn't seem to be able to attach itself to any of the weapons, even those listed as being able to use a trigger group.

Also, how to you attach the G36 rail kit to get a G36 with RAS?

Arulco Revisited on Revision5702 --> D O W N L O A D

Seems like the skill system is buggy, Danny for example is only a Doctor, but not Ambidextrous. MercProfiles.xml under 1.13 data has Ambidextrous for Danny.

Also other Mercs do have the problem, that they only have 2 Skills while in MercProfiles there are 3.

And on IMP creation, you can only choose 2 major skills like Gunslinger/Marksman and not Gunslinger/Marksman/Hunter

So there is a bug somewhere.

Hi everyone!

I have installed the "Arulco Revisited on Revision5702" mod and have a couple of questions.
First, how on earth do you refill the canteens (I know the ctrl+. but I mean must I be in specific sectors to do that, or must i hold the canteen, or be near water). I suppose that in the same manner i will be able to refill the drums?

Also, i rushed to get maddog but he wasnt there... Sad

Hi Falloutvictim, welcome to the pit!

Refilling canteens works if the sector you are in is defined to have a water source. That definition is done in TableData/Map/SectorNames.xml. If it has 1 (or 3, which has a nasty side-effect), refilling is possible. Perhaps your version of the mod does not have these entries. Refilling drums works the same way, yes.
