Is there any way to remap the hot keys, especially camera pan? with the alt key?

Any setting to allow zooming in closer to characters/npcs?

Also, is it possible to invert which way camera rotates?

..these were the things that bugged me most in the demo ..and reason I didn't buy the game.
I think view angles and zoom were somehow updated in one patch but at that time they had not updated the demo so couldn't try that out.

Could some one owning the game comment on these issues?

There are no settings whatsoever for controls, so no, none of the mentioned things can be set.
