I have tried several times but Pablo keeps telling me that "some people in Drassen would not allow my shipment to be unloaded and the pilot left with my stuf still on board. I have bribed him, I have militia in the sector and I have taken all of Drassen. What else do I have to do?

Any help would be appreciated.

Lots of views but no answers.
I remembered that during one fight for part of Dressen a civilian was killed by the Queens men and Dressen has a loyalty of about 3-5% to the Queen. Could this be affecting my shipments??

 Its Wildfire , most members haven't ever played this , I don't remember it ever happening to me though , not that that's much help !

You mean all the people that filled two pages in 8 years?
On topic:
By "loyalty of about 3-5% to the Queen", do you mean a 3% loyalty or a 97% loyalty? Because it shows the loyalty to your cause so I assume the former. If so, loyalty is a)damn hard to get and keep in retail WF and b)very important.
