Found a mistake in Stella's file. Her salary is $9700 for one week and $1700 for two... Should probably be $17000 for two... (I think she's veery expensive, but perhaps the doctor skill is worth of it? Compared to Danny she isn't worth much, although she has some leadership and a bit more marksmanship.) I would lower her price or give her the deputy trait...
I tested Moses. He seems to devolve, BUT it is at an alarming rate! I fired 4 shots killing 4 mercs in the first sector (I hired him alone) and he lost 2 MARKSMANSHIP points going from 84 to 82 - that's insane!! Can't be the intention... I recommend setting his evolution to "none" instead of "devolve". He is already forgetful and has only 49 HEALTH... I think it's bad enough that we can't raise that.

Stella's two-week super offer was an overlook on my part when I added them. I also lowered her wages to 1200/7600/13000, making her now the cheapest level 3 doctor, slightly cheaper than Danny. Overall most of her skills are similar to him, except horrible agility.
As for Moses, I didn't realize his devolving would be that fast. The golden mean would be situation, when his skills slowly degrade when not used, but still can be raised through training (so when he's sitting in one sector repairing equipment, his mechanical and dexterity grow normally, but his other physical stats slowly devolve, preferably to some kind of treshold.) But since it's not possible, yeah, I've set his evolution to none.
Here's a file with above fixes.
