I did notice that enemies and militia haven't got items and armour only weapons and ammo, i am playing with drop all enabled, even elites in drassen counterattack are unarmored and without lbe or first aid kits.
I tried reinstallig the mod several times but the problem is always present, id did use the xml editor to change IMP's starting loadout.
Confirmed in the test install, but not present in the production install. Added to the (probably) fixable bug list
EDIT: this one seems to be vendor specific, the Europe game mode does have items being dropped.
EDIT2: Looks like it is a specific set of item choice XML's affected, unfourtunatly it is one shared by stock AFS/v1.13, Tac-Rails & More, and International vendor sub-mods. You do not need to start a new game when switching between the vendor sub-mods so that will do as a workaround till v4.49.
This one seems to be caused by XML Editor v0.103 - not sure why, but if I edit either guns or items lists it ends up causing items to not be assigned. If I copy and paste the data from these XML's into working XML's using my old Excel 2003, they are assigned items just fine. I cannot see a difference between inventory XML's when opened up in Notepad++, but I didn't spend too much time on this as I had a workaround - I'll do a proper bug report using stock Data-1.13 when I have a chance after the v4.48.1 patch is released (soon). I'm suspecting that the working XML's were produced prior to the 103 Editor either using 102 or Excel.

bouchachaI'm experiencing the same issue but I never touched the XML Editor. What's the workaround?
Oh, sorry I've been busy with other things (and generally not being motivated) lately, the fix is simply re-saving the inventory XML so it is formatted correctly. For instance using Excel 2003. That said, the patch below has tested XML's.
bouchachaAlso, messing with the ice cream truck and items causes stuff to just disappear. I'm not sure exactly what triggers the issue, but using CTRL+Clicking from the truck to the sector inventory causes the 'moved' items to be greyed out (as in inaccessible) and hovering over them does not highlight their position on the mini-map. Exiting out of the sector inventory causes at least those items to disappear, but I've also had an entire sector's worth of stuff vanish in San Mona when using the ice cream truck.
This one is a general v1.13 issue that I've think others have reported before.
wolf00wil473: i want convert some .223 ammo for m4,but i cant find any ay how to do it ? Convert ammo into either a box or a crate and an item transform should be available.
wolf00 also ira have savage arms survival rifle .410/.22 lr combo. loading every single[.22l]r round in gun take long time ... if there is another please tell me thanks That sounds about right for that rifle.

newer SCIs (for example, 7572) have certain pieces of information externalized to other .xml files. For example, there's a XML for the difficulty settings that contains, for example, tags about starting cash per difficulty.

Edit 1: Unrelated bug:
I have a Dual Mode (4x and 1.5x) scope on an M16A3. When I try to change zoom levels, the game CTDs after a black screen. I get the error "Unhandled exception. Unable to recover."

The IMP nicknamed 'Boss' has the M16A3 in question. It has a Premium IC Suppressor, a KCB knife, an AR-15 fixed stock, and a cleaning kit attached to it.
Seems to be a problem only in combat, if I jump to the map screen right after the mercs drop down from the helicopter, I can change scope modes without the CTD
Edit 2: Whoa, what's up with the number of squares here?

Theres 11 enemies in Omerta West, and it says 11 (13) in sector A8 as well, but theres only 4 squares there? What happened to having one yellow square per merc and one red square per enemy?
Edit 3: I saved before trying this again after a few battles and had a CTD, but upon reload, i can't reproduce this

Finally playing through at a decent rate, at progress 40/40, day 8
Attacking Grumm for the first time, already have cambria, don't have Alma
DT SRS .308 is OP with that 5.5x reflex sight compared to a M40A1 with a 6x scope, and i found both one battle after the other
Didn't have any 40mm drops to fight a tank, somehow the militia beat a tank that went to attack n. drassen on day 3 or so
Edit 1: There is a NADA item in a chest in the Dentist's office in Drassen. That should be a Med Kit, from what i remember.

The 5.5x Reflex Scope is probably the biggest factor, though the lower draw of the bullpup rifle is certaintly another plus for the DT SRS. May nerf the DT and other RIS Optics mount sniper rifles by given them a 6x (non-reflex) scope as a default, using the existing 4x may just be as bad as the 5.5x Reflex. Are you playing under NCTH? The scope penalties that the plain 6x scope has vs the 5.5x reflex scope may be magnified (bad pun...)
I'll take a look at the Drassen Dentist in stock to see what that NADA item is, there is may be a missing item in the compatibility range for AFS.
EDIT: looks like darts are in the chest
EDIT2: yes, the Tranquilzer Dart was not moved to the "stock" index, fixed in the v4.50 Preview (soon to be released)

Something i didnt mention, Advanced Angled Grip does a great deal to assist accuracy as well, I just realized i had one on the DT SRS along with the 5.5x scope. I recall adding the 5.5x to a KAC SR-25 (didn't use AAG) and i had a decent amount of trouble lining up shots even with the 5.5x.
I still feel that an early Grumm take, with that rifle having multiple drops (had enough to arm a squad with em), is a bit too much. I recommend removing it from the enemy item list vs nerfing the rifle/scope

Edit 1: I just realized we're not able to add a IC suppressor to the Magpul PDRs because of the integrated sound/flash suppressor. Is this for balance purposes?
Edit 2: I just remembered that there was a rifle of some sort that had an attachment slot for all tac-rail optics...and then another spot over the front of the barrel where you could add some smaller optics. Do you know which rifle this was?

EDIT: Concerning Tank balance, given the following default setting

Why yes, you are right, there are quite a few things missing from my FacilityTypes.xml - so I am also simply overwroting my file with the one from the current SCI in AFS and DL-1.13.
The next UC-1.13 v4.50 Preview (soon) will have the missing assignments added. I noticed while working on the UC-1.13 XML that the SCI Facilities seem to have lost some functionality. For now at least, I'm not removing anything from this one, we'll just pretend that Danubia has better (urbanized) infrastructure than Arulco.
Running into some oddities with NCTH and launchers, it seems that NCTH tags are not being read from the launcher itself, but are read from attachments (like the round being launched). Not sure if this is intentional, Preview 2 of AFS v4.50 (sooner than UC-1.13 v4.50 Preview 2) will have some new NCTH tags added to rounds to give the effect of better launchers later on. The AT4 is also going to not have NV built-in, but instead will have a RIS rail.
EDIT: ...and we're back to the AT4 being equipped with a NV Sight. It looks like the transformation from weapon to tube eats the attachment.
