iam play testing 1.13 6353 (development Build) depris SCI

When iam training ira she doesnt not stop to be a student. The assignment panel blinks red, but she is still being trained AND she
doesnt lose any energy AND doesnt have to sleep.

Fixed in revision 6473.

This fix still allows the trainee to practice his skills but it will cost breath points now.
