Just download and playing NightOps v1.11 rc2 EN but whr open nooptions.in got a strange string:

 This is a comment in Russian.
It means: "A coefficient of the speed of trainings 1-10"

It might be from 1 to 10. Large numbers make training in the modes of practice ant teacher+student faster.

This coefficient is not connected with the speed of rising the skills in combat!
