You have set a deadline for the English patch "stable branch"?
And you have set a deadline for all language patch "stable branch"?
For example:
Patch English version released 14.07.01...
The patch for the other languages released 14.07.15.
It's possible?
Because...
To check the game ..
To fix my mistakes ...
Etc.

Update for German version:
90% German.Backgrounds.xml (Setback due to a newer version.)
80% German.Items.xml (Food and new ammunition items missing.)
80% German.LoadScreenHints.xml (Possible setback due to a newer version. Clarification by Eisenfast necessary.)
German.EnemyTaunts.xml (Status unknown.)
Eisenfaust still missing since his relocation.

Russian langfiles
This link includes only changed files from [russian] folder in langfiles.
Also please delete the contents of the Data/Cursors (.sti files), because they break the NCTH cursor (make huge offset between cross and the center of circles).
_RussianText.cpp
Most of the text was translated - all xml's, partially .edt, most of the interface text in _RussianText.cpp.
The translators (from ja2.su):
Valiant
Coppermine
Pooh
Jinaya
EDIT:
The translated xml, edt files and _RussianText.cpp are based on the actual stable gamedir/source.

What is the purpose of all that .edt files for merc subs, that were added to Data-1.13/MercEdt dir?
They always lived at Data/MercEdt, now they ovewrite the normal translated subs in stable release.
The files
004.edt, 013.edt, 014.edt, 015.edt, 020.edt, 031.edt, 037.edt, 040.edt, 167.edt are changed compared to the corresponding files in data/mercedt dir.
They are in english, but they were not added to langfiles for translation.
There are also a lot of other files that are not present in data/mercedt directory.
Now the subs in russian translation are messed up.
