Hi,
Does anyone have a quick summary/screenshots of the differences in the 4 face gear styles available? I see screenshots guys have posted where the actual avatar of the mercs have their googles/sunglasses on. Wondering what the differences are.

Did a search but couldn't find anything, and there are no screenshots/examples in the wiki.

Yep, those are the icons. However, your post indicates that you might refer to the graphic overlays on some mercs' faces. Use ingame options to toggle Show Face Gear Graphics for that. Note that not all new mercs have those.
