Is the shopkeepers daily budget they can spent on buying items somewhere externalized?

I think that it was possible to increase/decrease that value at some point (at least for Tony and Keith... would be nice if it was also possible for Jake and Mickey), I just can't remember where that setting was...

Also, is it possible that certain shopkeepers will "save" money to have higher budgets available after a few days?

The idea is, that Mickey will buy certain items to a much better price but it will take a few days that he actually can afford to buy the stuff.

Edit:
states which item types the shopkeeper buys, I guess? Which reference file is used for that?

according to the removed docs it was possible to have them save to an amount (any day 1.500$ till 17.000$ are together

didn't try this yet, just raised the summs

iInitialCash is the amount a dealer has at the start of the game.
Every day, he gets dailyIncrement $.
The maximum amount he can ever have is dailyMaximum.
He can carry over dailyRetained $ to the next day if it wasn't used up.
