I'm trying to find the character trait value in v1.13, so I can give a character two traits instead of one. Anyone know where it is?

If you want multiple personalities/disabilities, you have to code that, because currently it isn't possible Smile

For disabilities, you'd have to turn INT8 bDisability; of MERCPROFILESTRUCT into a flagmask. Can be done easily, however you'll have to repair the saving/reloading procedures then.

I guess I'm going to request that then, as long as it doesn't cause any problems that can't easily be fixed. Razz (I'm not sure what you just said lol)

Yeah, I'll just drop it here:

I left it in favour of other ventures at the moment though, so that's not gonna be completed soon. Still, it's multiple disabilities not personalities. Wouldn't split personality be a disability itself?

Even better would be a new trait that's a more violent hybrid of aggressive and malicious, when you want to create a character that really enjoys fighting and killing. Something that could work with more than just burst/auto fire or close quarters, like pistol users. Maybe increased stats that assist across the board in fighting ability. AP, Marksmanship, high interrupt, and very high fear and suppression resistances, but with a very steep trade off?

I'm trying to make a character based off of Revy (aka "Two Hands") from Black Lagoon. It's okay if a character like that has a serious lack of patience, anger issues is putting it lightly, doesn't think when they open their mouth, blurts out cuss and swear words on a minute by minute basis, shoves guns in people's faces, and has the negotiation skills of nuclear warhead. You don't have someone like that around for their etiquette or speaking skills. You have them around because when you let them loose, they can clear an area like no one else and end someone if they even think about reaching for their weapon.

I'd be so incredibly happy if someone added her to the game. :grin:If any character from any source of entertainment deserves to be in this game, its her, for all the right reasons. I even found a nice profile pic of her that isn't drawn or from the anime, by an artist called Meatwad, here. Hair is fake looking, but when you soften it a little from resizing, it looks better.

Edit:
Okay... I guess that pic doesn't work, but there's tons of art of Revy. I forgot you need a clear pic so animated eyelids and mouths can be added.

No I take that back, it would work as an IMP Portrait but someone would have to come up with an animated portrait for gameplay. I don't know how to do that though. Sad I guess someone could get her speech from the DVDs? I don't know anything about any of that though. Sad
