Hello,
I am using a german version of JA2 and with that the latest official 1.13 release (7435) and also the mod Arulco Revisited which was unofficially ported to said version of 1.13.

Now, theres a problem with the german version of 7435.
The unofficial port of the AR mod comes with the english version of the 1.13 update, when playing it, the new towns are properly named, zoned and the inventory is viewable in the tactical view.
However if I exchange the english JA2.exe with the german one, or simply apply the german version of 1.13 over my JA2 copy, the towns will not be zoned, have no names and while trying to go into the inventory the game will crash.

The Error message is as follows:
"Assertion Failure [Line 290 in file .\Map Screen Interface Town\Mine Info.cpp]"
It also attempts to create a savegame but that never happens.

Also the factories seem to be vanilla again, or 1.13, at least its not AR Facilities anymore, in both english and german, but then again that might be due to the port.

I installed Ja2 German, on top of that the current official GameDir, then AR, then the official language specific GameDir and last the official current German exe r7609.

The game works but there are still some English names on the map for example sector H6 "Estoni Airport" with a "Town Prison". This is specific to AR.

I guess you will have to reinstall, preferably in this order:

- Ja2 German
- Official Release 7435
- Official Update 7609 (should be available soon)
- make backup of the German Ja2.exe r7609
- AR
- Mod_Settings.ini as described here
- put back the backed up German Ja2.exe r7609

Ah yea I kinda realized my error, the new unofficial AR version requires the changing of a few XML filenames Mad
