I'm break my mind, untill found smth about 1.13 in this site (before I used site about ja2 in my country, so this theme hierarchy was new for me).
1. I'm sorry for my english. It's not my language and I never learn it. Games and translator were my teachers.
2. I'm not sure that must be written here

Okey. Let's start.
First questions:
1. Is the 7898 - last unstable release?
2. Where on this forum is disscusions about unstable 1.13?
3. Where I can download last unstable version? I'm firstly read the "NEW MEMBER GUIDE" (the most biggest creature I found on this forum), but all links in this was break (screen below)

Second about bugs. Release 7898 (+WF6.07)(I hope It is last release... I'm really hope, but I don't trust to my country forum)
1. When some enemies escapes from the sector to city sector with milita, milita in this sector getting captured.
It's looks like 1 enemies solder capture 30 militaries (I set in .ini that max milita per sector = 30). This sector get's occupied by one solder, so I must go with merks in it, and kill one enemy, BUT, when I'm enetering in the sector by my mercs all milita are on the spots and starting to find the enemies.
IF enemies was more, then one, they can stack in same spots with milita, so, after that game starts Turn-a-Base mode, opponents getting FIRST turn and hit's the milita, after that one enemies solder can kill 100% one or more milita (if it's spawn on the roof - killing more).
2. When I'm used mortars with 60mm HE - it's dropping morale of my mers. More:
Let's take a picture that my heave-weapon-specialist mercenary staying back from my mercs at 12 tiles. Merc fighting with enemies at hight range (30 tiles), that HWS-merc get's 42 tiles to closer enemies. He is charge mortar (sorry for that verb, lol. I hope it's correctly) and hitting spot back from the solder (43-44 tiles from them), that's means 33-34 tiles distance merc-"blowspot". After blow-up all mercs atleast one getting -3 relationship and one getting -10 ("attacked me" reason)

I hope WF6.07 don't change any of that. I can give my save with this (specially saved it), if it's need.

That's all.

I hope somebody will answer on my questions and I really hope my "bug report" is't too late, because I don't know what version is last.

1. Revision 7898 is the latest Single Click Installer that you can get at the moment. The current code revision is somewhat higher but unless you are willing and able to compile your own exe you will have to wait for the next SCI.

2. Most of the discussions about current 1.13 takes place in the "v1.13 MOD PROJECTS" subforums for modders and players.

3. For the latest SCI check Depri's thread that has information about download links and installation instructions.

Bugs:
1. Haven't heard about this bug so I can't comment on it.

2. When you use grenades or mortar you need to make sure not to use it too close to your own mercs. Grenade explosions let pieces of shrapnel fly away from the source of the explosion. If these pieces hit one of your own mercs they will start to complain. However, shrapnel is great for insuring enemy soldiers that are not in the direct blast radius.

Thx for answers, got it.

About last bug. I'm not enought stupid and firstly checked shrapnel radius (my fault in the case I don't wrote about it).
My mercenaries was out of shrapnel range.
I checked their health: they are don't get any damage.
I checked their stamina: stamina doesnt change.

I'm load the game, drop all armour and test it again: same results.

Maybe it's just specifical single error and it will never happen again.


Anywhere: thx for the links, thx for the answers. I got it fully, I hope bug report will be as helpful for... somebody I guess as your answer was helpful for me.
