Firstly: I used search and found too much resolutions. So, I got question: Is NCTH system still not balanced?
I remember times in a year ago (wasnt registered here), that (system) was fully unbalanced and opened for every one to found competent options.

If somewhere there have a balanced setting for it, can I see them? It's too much in search for read everything.

P.S I'm understand that everyone sets it for himself, but I more trust to skilled player options, then myself.

I'm sorry for my english. It's not my language and I never learn studied it. Games and translator were my teachers. Don't blame me hard, I'm always like to get corrected.

The default 1.13 NCTH settings are pretty much "balanced" in terms of compromise between hard and easy. Mods like AIMNAS, SDO or AFS alter certain (weapon) properties and ini settings that better suit the mod authors own idea about how NCTH is supposed to work. Some of Strohmann's ideas have found their way into the default 1.13 data.

Unfortunately there are not many people that participate in play testing and post precise test results and suggestions. Most players just come to the forum to complain how "hard and unrealistic" NCTH is compared to OCTH. OCTH = realistic? *hahaha* "Stick to OCTH if you like that headshot game." is all I can say about that.

Well, in 1.13 NCTH good mercs with good equipment can reliably score hits but it takes some time to develop a good experienced merc AND get good and (with new traits most importantly!!!) proper equipment for him. Players shouldn't judge NCTH with level 2 Barry and his peashooter.

Auto weapons are very important in NCTH in my opinion because you have to suppress the enemy more and hope for "lucky hits" as long as your mercs are still poor and equipment is bad. I play with an enemy weapon selection overhaul that gives the enemy proper weapons for an army. This makes the game start even harder if you only have level 1 and 2 mercs with pistols. Once you can salvage some SMGs it gets easier.

The original presentation of NCTH can be found here. There have been modifications and bug fixes for it. You will find new options in CTHConstants.ini that alter the behaviour of NCTH. At the moment I'm too lazy to find the posts where I described what they do. Check CTHConstants.ini to learn about ini settings and their meaning.

So, now is 7th June of 2016 and I tested NTCH all that time. I tried some new combinations of settings, and always downloaded last versions. After all I can say: all you words is true. NTCH is much better, I blamed It so much, but when i tried back to OCTH it was very boring.
So, now I will recommend all my friends to play NTCH (sounds like ad, lol.).
