Ok,

I've decided to get back into JA2 1.13 and I fired up an old install and the cursor is skipping when I move it. I've got 4ghz computer with 16 GB ram. JA2 used to run butter smooth. What gives? I installed a new 1.13 build over a fresh vanilla 1.12 install with same issue. Please help if anyone has any ideas?? When My mercs fire the bullets take about 20 secs to process trajectory. Something is really really wrong....

If you are running Windows 8 or 10 try the Win8/10 compatibility fix in your JA2/Docs directory.

Are you using LBE from AIMNAS or any other mod? as far as I can remember Smeagol told me that the game constantly checks every attachment and every slot available and in the case of LBE if your mercs are fully customized (vest, combat packs, leg pouchs) you're in for a looooooooot of lag... trust me I used to customize entire squads and the only solution was to hit right-click on the merc face to bring down the inventory and just fight with their portraits.
