I'd like to replace the default portrait of Ira with her "improved version" from WF.

1. Can this be done and if yes, how?
2. Do I have to start a new game in order to make this work or can I use an existing save after the switch?

There's a replacement for Ira in this pack: http://thepit.ja-galaxy-forum.com/index.php?t=msg&th=14861&goto=220621&#msg_220621

Edit: Here is Ira from WF: https://www.mediafire.com/?m5m8dnws66av83l

Just unzip and copy into your game folder.

No worries, that won't affect a current game. You don't actually need the "Faces" folder. Just drop the Data-1.13 folder in to your game.

I named the folder incorrectly, i added a new link with the correct name.

Yeah I realized and did it this way in the first run and it works fine.

Whenever I apply a camouflage kit to Ira's face her portrait changes to the default one. Is there any way to keep her new portrait?

You have to have camo versions of the new portrait in the mod folder -- else the game searches in the Data folder for her portrait and finds the original camo face.

Or just disable camo faces
