From the looks at the XMLs the OA-93 is part of the class "handgun" and the type "pistol" which would declare it a pistol, but onscreen the weapon looks like an assault rifle which is held with two hands.
Therefore I'd like to know whether or not all the gunslinger/gunfighter boni apply to it?

From a quick look, Type "pistol" should lead to the gun getting all the trait-specific boni.
