Ok this is confusing and probably the most irritating thing ive ever seen in a game.(or close) Right clicking on the mouse usually cycles between actions. ex. moving and shooting, but for some reason a menu is popping up, and I am unable to shoot. I feel I may have hit a button by accident or so, anyone have a solution?
Also animations are going stupidly fast, kinda like when AI turns are sped up.

not sure if that matters though, doesn't seem like it would, but just in case.

OK after trying every key on my keyboard and every option in the game ive found out that it may have been a glitch with the option to speed up AI turns, it was speeding up my turn in this case. after shutting it off, everything went to normal.
