So there's a bug that several people have talked about over the years, somewhat related to the disappearing objects bug. Items can sometimes become inaccessible through no fault of the player. In example this happened after I auto-resolved a battle, next I knew I couldn't access dozens of items.




So what I'm suggesting is to forcibly move the items similarly to the Ctrl-Shift-F hotkey, to the currently selected mercs location. Purpose of this being a workaround or debug option for this very annoying bug.

There have been several fixes to inaccessible items in revision 8136. You didn't say which one you are using so I don't know if it's another bug you are talking about. Inaccessible items can also be in locked buildings which is not a bug.
