I found this her in the web an was wondering if anybody knows more about it? Looks more like decoration then a real house but still interesting.

 Looks more like a joke to me. Sidney says something like "I am the Old Slavic Jagged Alliance". Judging by the "ja2.ru" URL in the lower left corner, it seems that someone was just doing this for fun.

A second level would be nice. Technically standing on a roof is almost like a second floor.
