As far as I have figured our possible routes into Grumm, going through the sector with the mine is the only way in. I have Carlos and Manuel training milita in that sector and they do get attacked every to often, but now has been the second time, that a squad of enemies have appeared in one of the city sectors.
They cannot have been from that one coastal sector north of Grumm, which is connected to the city, as I have scouted that one and there were no enemies there.
