I freed Miguel, recruited him, and went to Omerta sector A10 to the Rebel hq. My IMP spoke to the girl, but all I got was the same "go find Miguel dialog, etc." I then had Miguel talk to her - there was no recognition, and just the same dialog. Now what do I do with Miguel? Is there some special place to go to or person I should speak to with him in my party?

If you spoke to Agatha before freeing Miguel all she asks is that you free him after he was taken prisoner, no further interaction happens.

You now have an extra merc on your team and possibly some better chances of loyalty with towns that are behind the rebels.
